Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to the following countries:

  • United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Puerto Rico)
  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • Mexico (all states)

We do not currently ship to any other international destinations.

Shipping Options and Costs

  • Destination: Shipping rates vary depending on the country and specific location within that country.
  • Weight and Dimensions: Heavier and larger packages will typically incur higher shipping costs.
  • Shipping Method: We offer several shipping methods with varying delivery times and costs. The available options will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times and Services:

Please note that the following are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier-related issues.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days. Costs will vary based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically 1-3 business days. Costs will be higher than standard shipping.

Canada:

We offer several options for shipping to Canada, including services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • USPS:
    • First-Class Package International Service: Delivery times vary (typically 1-4 weeks). Cost starts at $14.85 USD for small packages (up to 4 lbs). Tracking is included.
    • Priority Mail International: Estimated delivery 6-10 business days. Prices start at $42.95 USD (for packages up to 70 lbs) or flat rate options starting at $30.90 USD (weight limits apply to flat rate boxes and envelopes). Tracking and some insurance are included.
    • Priority Mail Express International: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days. Prices start at $61.60 USD (for packages up to 70 lbs) or flat rate envelope options starting at $59.50 USD (up to 4 lbs). Tracking and some insurance are included, with a money-back guarantee to select destinations.
  • UPS: Offers various services with day-definite delivery, including:
    • UPS Standard: Day-definite delivery based on origin and destination. Generally the most economical option.
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Typically 2 business days.
    • UPS Worldwide Saver: Typically next business day for documents and 2 business days for other shipments.
    • UPS Worldwide Express: Typically next business day with morning delivery.
    • UPS Worldwide Express Plus: Typically next business day with early morning delivery (by 8:30 am to Canada).
  • FedEx: Offers various services with time-definite delivery, including:
    • FedEx International Economy: Typically 2-3 business days to Canada.
    • FedEx International Priority: Typically 1 business day to major cities.
    • Other options: FedEx also offers more expedited and freight services.

Mexico:

Similar to Canada, we offer shipping to Mexico through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • USPS:

    • Other options: FedEx also offers more expedited and freight services.

Free Shipping:

We may offer free shipping promotions on orders that meet certain criteria (e.g., order value). If a free shipping option is available, it will be displayed at checkout. The shipping method for free shipping will be determined by us. For example, we might offer free standard shipping on US orders over $75 and free standard shipping on Canadian and Mexican orders over $100.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada and Mexico)

For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) levied by the destination country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged by us and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You may be required to pay these additional charges upon delivery of your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential duties, taxes, and fees. Delays in customs clearance can also affect delivery times.

Important Considerations for Canada and Mexico:

  • Ensure that the recipient's contact information, including phone number and accurate address, is provided to avoid delays.
  • Be aware of any import restrictions or prohibited items in Canada or Mexico, as these could result in your package being held or returned.
  • For commercial shipments, Harmonized System (HS) codes and detailed product descriptions in plain language are usually required for customs forms.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be available as an option at checkout for an additional fee. This insurance can protect your order against loss or damage during transit. If you choose to purchase shipping insurance, please retain your order confirmation and tracking information. In the event of a claim, please contact us for assistance. Standard shipping options from some carriers (like USPS Priority Mail International) may include a limited amount of insurance.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package). Please provide your order number, tracking information, and any supporting documentation (such as photos of the damage). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and the availability of shipping insurance.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your package may be delayed, returned to sender, or delivered to the wrong address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.  

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to reasons such as the recipient not being available, refusal to accept the package, or other issues, the package will typically be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or issue a refund for the product cost (shipping costs are non-refundable).
